Thorough mental health assessments are conducted to determine the appropriate support for the consumer. Assessments are conducted at the Center, at Mercy Hospital Emergency Room, Southwest Memorial Hospital in Cortez or at a designated location in Pagosa Springs. Outpatient Substance Abuse Treatment Provides special therapeutic services for persons with substance abuse problems and for those with co-occurring mental health and substance abuse issues. Therapy is provide for individuals, couples, families and groups.
